I’m Kristin Kaplan, and I'm all about helping digital CEOs and the VAs and integrators who support them create more impact and more income together. Because I believe we all have our own innate strengths and, when we pair up with the right people, amazing things can happen.
My journey to Integrator and Integrator Instructor has been a long time in the making. Like most integrator-types, I have been playing behind-the-scenes for so long. First, as a wedding planner — literally planning someone’s big day teaches you a thing or two about the difference between a visionary and an integrator. Unsure what those words are? After managing a successful wedding planning company, Stunning Events, I worked as a coach for wedding professionals, showing them how to run their business, make money, and manage a team — again, embracing what I knew best — doing. From there, I moved out of the wedding space and into the online entrepreneurial space, where I’ve supported a number of high-performing digital CEOs and business owners. From helping them with their pricing to organizing their launches and addressing metrics, data and KPI's, I’ve developed a process that supports CEOs in all the ways they need, and that allows them to do their most important work.
Today, as an Integrator (or as I like to call it, a Digital COO) for a number of high-performing digital CEOs, I’ve learned that there is nothing more powerful than the right relationship and the right tools.
Dreamers and doers are like wine and chocolate — they’re just better together.
I Believe
I believe that we all have our own strengths. When you find the people who can help you make more impact (and more money), you’re unstoppable.
I believe in keeping it real. I’ve always been that friend who tells you what you need to hear, not necessarily what you want to hear.
I believe in FUN. We all started businesses based around what we love to do so the journey should be enjoyable! I always want to feel joy in what I do and what I put out into the world.
Why I am where I am today
While my natural tendencies and general “get it done” attitude are a major part of why I’m where I am today, I’m also here because I know I can’t serve every digital CEO — and so many of you out there need help with the “do” part of your dream. Many have even asked if their VA or business manager could learn how to be an Integrator like me, or if I could help find the perfect Integrator for their team. I’ve seen firsthand what impact these skills and this relationship have in a business, and all the people who benefit from it. So I’m sharing everything I know — on my podcast, Planning for Profit, in my Digital COO Academy, and of course through my social media and email.
But enough about all that…
I'm also a wife, mom of three kiddos (and 3 dogs), owner of two businesses, organization addict, beauty & skincare lover, marathoner, and wine drinker (let's be honest, I need at least one vice to manage all of the above). A northerner by way of Los Angeles, I am now happily settled just outside Nashville, Tennessee and I love everything about living in the suburbs of Music City.
